Since Ujaalaa provides cloud-based software services, there is no physical shipping involved. This policy explains how our digital services are delivered to you.
Upon successful subscription and payment, the institutional account for Ujaalaa will be activated within 24 to 48 business hours. All necessary login credentials and setup instructions will be sent to the registered email address provided by the institution.
For institutions requiring data migration or custom configuration, the timeline for service delivery will be mutually agreed upon in the service agreement. Typically, basic implementation is completed within 7 business days of receiving the required data from the school.
The delivery of our service is considered complete once the administrator credentials have been successfully transmitted and the platform is accessible to the institution.
As we only provide digital services, there are zero shipping or delivery chargesapplicable to any of our plans.
Maintenance and updates to the software are delivered automatically via our cloud infrastructure (AWS). Users will be notified in-app or via email regarding any major updates or scheduled maintenance windows.
